摘  要:目的探讨放大摄影改良华氏位(magnification modified Water’s projection,MMWP)的投照技术及其在上颌骨、鼻骨、副鼻窦、颧骨颧弓等骨骼疾病诊断中的应用。方法以标准华氏位为基础,听眦线与胶片角度由标准华氏位的37°改良为45°~50°,焦片距由标准华氏位的100 cm改良为20 cm进行近距离放大摄影,分析判断MMWP和标准华氏位在临床诊断中的差异。应用MMWP投照方法,对6 000例有治疗前后对照X线片者进行病变显示率的计算。结果 MMWP可清晰显示上颌骨(除牙槽骨外)、鼻骨、副鼻窦、颧骨颧弓等骨骼的微小病变。应用MMWP投照方法,6 000例MMWP患者的病变显示率达96.5%。结论 MMWP可清晰显示上颌骨、鼻骨、副鼻窦、颧骨颧弓等骨骼疾病,值得大力推广。Objective To study radiography and application of the magnification modified Water's projection(MMWP) in the maxillary bone,nasal bone,paranasal sinuses,zygomatic bone and zygomatic arch.Methods Based on the Water's projection of the skull,and by reducing the distance between the x-ray source and the midsagittal plane from100 cm to 20 cm and increasing the angulation from 37° to 45°-50° between the anthropological basal line and film,to study the differences between the Water's projection and the MMWP.6 000 cases were studied.Results The MMWP may dramatically improve the diagnosing of the diseases because it quite clearly displayed the maxillary bone,nasal bone,paranasal sinuses,zygomatic bone and zygomatic arch.Among 6 000 cases of MMWP,the rate of disease display reached 96.5%.Conclusion The MMWP is much better than the Water's projection in the disease display of maxillary bone,nasal bone,paranasal sinuses,zygomatic bone and zygomatic arch,and it is worth to be popularized.
