摘 要:目的建立稳定的近交系大鼠肝移植急性排斥反应模型,确立研究大鼠肝移植急性排斥反应的最佳时间点。方法采用"双袖套法"建立40例Lewis→BN近交系大鼠的肝移植急性排斥反应模型,根据Banff分级评分方案评价排斥反应的强度。结果 40例Lewis→BN近交系大鼠的肝移植模型中,发生急性排斥反应于术后第1~3 d处于上升期,术后第3~7 d上升最为迅速,术后第7~9 d处于平台期。结论 Lewis→BN的近交系大鼠原位肝移植模型可产生急性排斥反应,术后第3~9 d为研究急性排斥反应的最佳时间。Objective To establish the stable model of rat acute rejection of allograft in inbred rats and research the suitable time to study the model. Methods In 40 cases of Lewis to BN in in bred rats, the orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) was performed by modified Kamada's two-cuff technique. The grades of acute rejection in allografls were judged according to the Banff scheme. Re- suits In all the 40 cases of Lewis to BN in inbred rats, the acute rejection reaction was in a period of rising at the first to the third day, and was rising most rapidly at the third to the seventh day and in the platform at the seventh to ninth day after surgery. Conclusions Lewis to BN rat strain combination is a stable acute rejection model. On the third to the ninth day after operation, it is the suitable time to study the a- cute rejection model.
