摘　　要：目的:探讨皮质-纹状体-脊髓变性病(Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease,CJD)患者脑电图改变的特点。方法 :回顾性分析6例CJD患者的临床病程和脑电图(EEG)资料。结果:6例CJD患者的EEG均呈现阵发性周期性尖慢综合波,且随着病情的进展,其脑电活动进行性减慢,最终发展为持续性、普遍性、双侧对称同步的周期性尖慢综合波放电(PsWC)。结论:CJD患者EEG表现的PsWC多出现于病程中晚期,这种特征性EEG改变是诊断本病的重要依据之一。Objective： To analyze the characteristics of electroencephalogram （EEG） in patients with Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease （CJD）. Methods EEG data from 6 patients with CJD at different stages were retrospectively analyzed. Results Paroxysmal periodic sharp slow-wave complex was found in EEG of all the six patients. As the disease progressing, EEG activity slowed down progressively, and eventually developed persistent, widespread, bilateral, symmetrical, and syn chronous periodic sharp wave complexes （PsWC）. Conclusions PSWC mostly appears in the middle-late stage of CJD and this characteristic EEG is one of the important evidences for the diagnosis of CJD.
