摘 要:目的:通过资料分析了解生物型假体应用于髋关节翻修手术的研究进展。方法:收集并分析国内外最新的相关资料,总结生物型髋关节假体设计特点及其用于翻修手术的适应证、禁忌证、手术注意事项及其随访研究结果。结果:用于髋关节翻修的生物型假体目前仍以金属一聚乙烯或陶瓷一聚乙烯界面为主,金属一金属以及陶瓷一陶瓷等新型界面的临床效果尚需时间的考验。股骨骨量的评估是选择生物型假体翻修的主要参考指标。在髋关节翻修手术中,生物型假体表现出良好的早、中期疗效,长期随访研究报道较少。结论:生物型假体在髋关节翻修术中表现出良好的应用前景。Objective:To comprehend the trend of biological prosthesis used in hip revision surgery by analyzing data. Methods:Some related information at home and abroad was collected and analyzed, designing features of biological hip prosthesis and their contraindication, indication and precautions in hip revision surgery were described. Follow - up study results were also analyzed. Results : Weight - bearing surface of biological prosthesis used in hip revision in clinical practice was still metal - polyethylene or ceramic - polyethylene inter- face. The clinical effect of new interface, such as the metal - metal and ceramic - ceramics, still needed further study. Assessment of the femur bone mass was the main reference of selected biological prosthesis. In hip revi- sion surgery, biological prosthesis presented a good early, mid -term efficacy. However, long -term follow - up studies had been less reported. Conclusions:Biological prosthesis used in hip revision surgery have a good prospects.
