银屑病患者血管内皮细胞粘附分子的免疫组化研究

摘  要:目的 探讨血管内皮细胞在银屑病发病中的作用。方法 采用 ABC免疫组化方法研究寻常型银屑病皮损处血管内皮细胞 ICAM- 1、 CD34、 HLA- DR、 FⅧ RAg和 CD36的表达情况。结果 进行期寻常型银屑病患者皮损处真皮浅层血管内皮细胞 ICAM- 1、 CD34和 HLA- DR的表达明显强于静止期,而静止期则强于正常人皮肤。 FⅧ RAg和 CD36在进行期和静止期的表达变化不明显。结论 银屑病患者皮损真皮浅层血管内皮细胞 ICAM- 1、 CD34和 HLA- DR的表达增强 ,且随局部病变的严重程度而变化 ,CD34可能也参与局部炎症细胞的粘附与浸润。Objective To study the role of the vascular endothelial cells in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Methods ABC immunohistochemical technique was employed to study the expression of ICAM- 1, CD34, HLA- DR, FⅧ RAg and CD36 antigens on the vascular endothelial cells in the lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Results There was a significantly stronger expression of ICAM- 1, CD34 and HLA- DR antigens on the endothelial cells of superficial dermis of the lesions in progressive stage than in static stage, and in the lesional skin than in normal skin.However, no significant difference was found in the expression of FⅧ RAg and CD36 in progressive stage compared with in static stage. Conclusions Increased expression of ICAM- 1, CD34 and HLA- DR antigens on the vascular endothelial cells might be related to the severities of psoriatic lesions. CD34 might participate in the adhesion and emigration of inflammatory cells.
