摘　　要：目的:观察由没食子酸、厚朴酚及白芨多糖三者配伍制成的复方中药制剂对动物根尖周炎的疗效,并对其细胞毒性进行测定。方法:建立根尖周炎动物模型,应用复方中药制剂进行根管消毒后,行常规根管充填,观察根尖周组织的修复状况,并应用MTT法检测复方中药制剂对牙周膜细胞的毒性。采用SAS6.12软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:成功建立了犬牙根尖周炎模型,应用复方中药制剂行根管消毒后,犬牙根尖周骨质愈合良好。复方中药制剂与对照组相比,细胞毒性逐渐减小,5周时无显著差异。结论:对感染根管内常见细菌具有较强的抑制作用的复方中药制剂对犬根尖周炎有效,将其作为根管消毒剂具有一定的应用前景。PURPOSE： To assess the efficacy of compound Chinese traditional medicine （CTM）, which is composed of gallic acid, magnolol and polysaccharide of Bletilla, against apical periodontitis in dogs and cytotoxic assay. METHODS： A animal model of apical periodontitis was built, CTM was then used to disinfect the root canal. The effect of the restoration of periapical bone in dogs was investigated after regular root canal filling. SAS6.12 software package was used for statistical analysis, and MTT was used to test eel1 toxicity of CTM. RESULTS： CTM can cure inflammation effectively, and CTM had no cytotoxic effect on periodontal ligament cells at 5-week. CONCLUSIONS： The compound Chinese traditional medicine may be an effective disinfecting drug for root canal disinfection.
