摘　　要：随着超声造影技术的飞越发展,靶向超声分子成像技术逐渐成为可能,而作为其核心的靶向超声造影剂也越来越受研究者的关注。靶向超声造影剂种类较多,且制备方法不一,本文阐述了靶向超声造影剂的分类,对其制备领域的研究现状及未来面临的挑战做一综述。With the rapid development of contrast enhanced ultrasound technology, the targeted ultrasound molecular imaging have become a possibility. The preparation of targeted ultrasound contrast agents has attracted more and more attention of researchers. There are various ultrasound contrast agents and different methods to prepare them, This article illustrates the categorization of ultrasound contrast agents and reviews the research status and challenges in the future of targeted ultrasound contrast agents.
