摘  要:研制的捷联式自动垂直钻井工具由稳定平台及防斜纠斜执行机构2部分组成,采用动态推靠方式实现钻进过程中的主动防斜、纠斜,释放钻压。在安顺1井的2 436.00~2 610.79m井段试验,井斜由6.25°成功纠斜到了0.25°;平均机械钻速1.02m/h,比常规钻进方式提高25.9%;平均钻头进尺87.4m,比常规钻进方式提高18.3%。该工具的可靠性及使用寿命符合设计要求,降低了钻井成本。Automated strap-down vertical drilling system (AVDS) is composed of a strap-clown stabilization platform and a deviation control and correction mechanism. It performs inclination control and correction initiatively while drilling by applying dynamic push-lean and it can remark- ably improve the penetration rate by making WOB increased during drilling. During the field test from 2 436.00 m to 2 610.79 m in well Anshun-l,the deviation angle decreased from 6.25° to 0. 25°. The average ROP was 1.02m/h,and the average footage was 87.4 m. Compared with tradi- tional drilling modes,it improved the penetration rate by 25.9 % and improved the footage by 18.3 %. The stability and reliability of the system met design requirements and the drilling cost was reduced.
