摘  要:研制的5ZB-2800型压裂泵在75MPa压力下工作114h,液力端阀箱出现开裂失效。利用有限元软件进行强度和寿命分析,找出可能出现开裂的部位。解剖失效部件,对开裂部位内部做宏观检查、SEM微观扫描及化学成分、硬度、金相、力学性能等检测。结果表明:毛坯锻造夹层在高压、酸性介质作用下,产生腐蚀疲劳裂纹并快速扩展,导致阀箱早期失效。应加强调质后材料的缺陷检测、改进阀箱高应力区的结构、调整阀箱加工方位,以提高该压力泵的使用寿命。The fluid end valve housing cracked after 5ZB 2800 fracturing pump worked for 114 hours under 75 MPa. The strength and operational life were analyzed using finite element analysissoftware to find out the places where cracks may happen. And then the internal parts were oh served after disassembling the faulty components,a SEM micro scan was performed to check its chemical composition,hardness,metallurgical structure,mechanical properties, etc. The final con- clusion showed the properties of material were in compliance with the design requirements, but the main reason was the interlining in the forging blank, which will cause rapid development of corrosive fatigue crack. The inspemion of heat-trealed malerials was slrengthened, the slructnre of high stress was improved,the machining place of valve housing was adjusled,and thus 1he opera- tional life has been greatly enhanced.
