摘  要:介绍了电磁先导、自力式差压控制的快开阀结构及开启原理,利用FLUENT6.3.26计算软件对快开阀内部流场进行数值模拟,通过建立模型、设定边界条件及参数,计算得到快开阀开启过程中流场压力及速度分布、变化曲线图,从微观角度对模拟结果进行了详细分析,揭示了内部流场特性与运动规律,为快开阀的设计及结构改进提供基本理论依据。Both structure and principle of quick-opening valves which boasting of electromagnetic guide and self-differential pressure control were introduced;and FLUENT 6.3.26 was employed to simulate the flow field in the valve;and through the model,boundary conditions and parameters established,the flow field pressure and velocity distribution map and their changing curves during quick-opening process can be obtained.From microscopic point,having simulation results analyzed to present internal flow characteristics and movement rules can provide theoretical basis for both design and improvement on the structure of quick-opening valves.
