从“围观”到“行动”:情感驱策、微博互动与理性复归

摘　　要：在新媒介技术的推动下,通过互联网特别是社交媒体,本是区域性、私人化的偶然事件或被迅速放大为全国性的、指向社会公共问题的"新媒体事件",并常伴随着群体性的应激行为,甚至升级成为网络群体性事件。本文通过案例分析和质性研究发现:微博为行动者的聚集提供了一个"异托邦"式的"想象空间",形成由情感驱动到行为互动的"情感共同体"。如何理解这些应激行为在互联网上的传播与演变机制,找寻可能的引导方法,营建道德情感与社会理性复归的网络空间,实现无序"围观"向有序参与的良性转换,并进而累积道德情感、社会资本和公众参与的"正能量",推动形成事件当事人、网络围观者、集体行动者和政府处置者之间的"理性循环",日渐成为关系到中国稳定发展的重大问题。In China,through the Internet and social media,many regional,personal incidents rapidly amplified into national,public issues(' new media event' ),and of ten accompanied with irrational behaviors of the mass.Through case studies and qualitative research,this article finds that the micro-blogging formed an imaginational space;heterotopias.In this space,the actors gathered to from a ' emotional community',which mobilized actors from watching to action.For China,understanding this kind of internet behaviors,finding guiding methods,constructing rational internet space,converting disorderly watching to orderly participation,accumulating 'positive energy' of moral emotions,social capital and public participation,promoting rational interaction among the involved,onlookers,collective actors and the government are becoming the major issues related to China's stable development.
