摘  要:通过对放电管与不同规格瞬态抑制二极管(TVS管)之间的组合试验,研究在几种配合电阻情况下通信设备用浪涌保护器的限制电压和带宽,寻找放电管和TVS管的最佳组合。结果表明:要实现良好组合,在满足V放≤KR+VTVS时,K的取值范围为8.3~8.7A;TVS管的变化几乎能决定线路的带宽。这样,只要明确被保护设备耐受冲击电压,就可以合理选用放电管、TVS管及配合电阻,达到较好的保护效果。Based on the combination experiment of the discharge tube and the different specifications of transient suppression diode (TVS tube),the authors study the relationship of limiting voltage and bandwidth of communication SPD in several kinds of coordinate resistance in order to seek for the optimum combination of both. The results show that achieving good combination may require that the values of K should range from 8.3 to 8.7(A) and the condition of V放≤KR+VTVS is met at the same time. The change of TVS tube could almost decide the band width of circuit by itself. So,as long as the tolerance impulse voltage value of protective equipments could be made clear,we can have a reasonable choice of the discharge tube,TVS tube and coordinate resistance to achieve a good protection effect.
