高校图书馆特色数据库建设研究——以JALIS海洋专题数据库为例

摘　　要：通过JALIS海洋专题数据库建设实践,得到了系列启示:①高校特色数据库建设需要人力、物力、财力保障,力不从心,虎头蛇尾不足取。②项目的论证需要谨慎,元数据规范、元数据存储方案、数字资源存储方案、成本预算、可持续发展方案等均需要考虑。③开展高校特色数据库建设,需要更好地制定经费分配与使用计划,更好地提供支持。④高校特色数据建设与服务水平亟待提高。Through the practice of marine topics database construction, this paper states a series of impli- cations. I. Characteristic database construction in academic libraries needs the guarantee of human re- sources, material resources and financial resources, otherwise, anticlimactic unworthy. Ⅱ. Demonstra- tion projects needs to be careful. Metadata standard, metadata storage solutions, digital resources and storage solutions, cost estimates, and sustainable development programs must be considered. III. To develop characteristic database construction in academic libraries, better plan for allocation and use of funds must be drawn up to provide support. IV. Higher level of the construction and service of charac- teristic database in academic libraries needs to be improved
