摘　　要：目的了解武汉地区市级及以上医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量状况,规范医疗机构消毒管理工作。方法采用现场查看和采样检测方法,对武汉市辖区内省市级医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量进行了监测与考评。结果在调查期间从不同医疗机构采集各类消毒与灭菌对象标本6 681份,总平均合格率为97.71%。2002-2011年,武汉市不同级别医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量合格率呈逐年上升趋势。各医疗机构无菌物品合格率始终保持在100%;以室内空气合格率最低,多数波动在80%左右。医院消毒组织管理和重点科室消毒管理还存在薄弱环节。结论武汉市辖区内市级及以上医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量总体较好,存在薄弱环节,特别需要加强室内空气、医务人员手和内镜等消毒管理工作。Objective To know the disinfection and sterilization quality in Wuhan municipal level（or above） medical institutions and to regulate the disinfection management of medical institutions.Methods Scene viewing and sampling inspection were used to carry out the surveillance and evaluation of disinfection and sterilization quality in Wuhan municipal level and above medical institutions.Results 6 681 shares samples from disinfection and sterilization objects were collected from different medical institutions during investigation period and the average eligible rate was 97.71%.Since 2002,the eligible rate of disinfection and sterilization quality in different level institutions of Wuhan showed an increasing trend.The eligible rate of sterile item in various medical institutions remained 100%.The eligible rate of air was the lowest and most fluctuated below and above 80%.Disinfection management of organization and critical departments were weak links.Conclusion The quality of disinfection in Wuhan municipal level and above medical institutions is good as a whole,but still has weak links.The disinfection management of air,hands of medical staffs and endoscope need to be strengthened.
