摘 要:昌邑铁矿主井井架为橹式钢井架,高60 m。为降低用钢量,对其进行优化设计。经审核、核算,原设计用钢量虽大但并不安全,且初始位移过大,存在很大安全隐患。为了使受力合理,调整斜架在立架上的作用点位置;为了减小初始位移,在常规方案无法满足要求的情况下,采用在斜架与立架之间增加斜撑的方案。优化后,高度由60 m改为61.5 m,用钢量由450 t减为356 t,最大水平位移由174 mm减为36 mm。此外,指出了设计橹式钢井架时应注意的问题。The derrick for the main shaft of Changyi Iron Mine was a steel headframe of eave type, having a height of 60 m. To reduce the amount of steel, the optimization design was done. By examination and calculation, the amount of steel for the original design was great but not secure; the initial displacement was too large and there was a big security risk. To get a reasonable force, the acting point locations of oblique frame on vertical frame were adjusted; in order to reduce the initial displacement, since the conventional scheme could not meet the requirements so bracings between the oblique frame and the vertical one were used. After optimization design, the height was changed from 60 m to 61.5 m; steel quantity was reduced to 356 t from 450 t; the maximum horizontal deformation was reduced from 174 mm to 36 mm. It was pointed out that the problems in the design of cave type steel headframe should be noticed.
