摘　　要：本文使用2010年收集的长三角和珠三角流动人口调查数据,探讨了少数民族流动人口劳动权益保护情况。结果表明,少数民族流动人口与汉族流动人口相比:第一,月平均工资更低;第二,购买医疗保险、养老保险、失业保险和生育保险的比率更低;第三,享受病假工资、产假工资带薪休假等福利待遇的比例更低。表明少数民族流动人口的劳动权益受侵害现象更为严重。The paper used 2010 rural migrant workers＇ survey data in the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta to analysis the situation of Labor rights protection of the minority floating population.The results show that,compared with the floating population of the Han nationality,the floating population of ethnic minorities：： first,monthly wages is lower;second,lower rates on endowment insurance、medical treatment 、unemployment insurance and maternity insurance;third,the rates of Enjoy the sick pay,maternity pay and paid leave is lower.shows that its rights violations phenomenon is more serious.
