深圳承接离岸服务外包的影响因素分析

摘　　要：近年来,离岸服务外包在全球范围内蓬勃发展,深圳作为被商务部首批授予"中国服务外包基地城市"称号的城市之一,如何促进深圳离岸服务外包产业的发展成为本文研究的主要目的。本文通过理论联系实际,以深圳2000～2008年的相关数据为基础,运用多元线性回归模型对深圳离岸服务外包额和相关影响因素进行了实证分析及灵敏度分析,据此对提高深圳承接离岸服务外包能力提出几点政策建议。In recent years,the offshore outsourcing services has promoted a rapid development.As one of the first cities awarded by the Ministry of Commerce as 'China Outsourcing Service Base City',how to promote Shenzhen's development of offshore service outsourcing industry to make it a place in such a fierce competition becomes the main purpose of this study.In this paper,the author used the combination of theory and practice,and the combination of the theory and empirical research methods.And on the basis of the years 2000-2008 datas,the author used the multiple linear regression model to make the related empirical analysis and sensitivity analysis of these factors.Finally,basing on the previous theoretical analysis,the author proposed the measures to improve the ability of undertaking offshore outsourcing from the two levels of government and enterprises in Shenzhen.
