摘　　要：我国为应对国际金融危机,多次采取积极财政政策,这些政策对我国宏观经济起到了一定拉动作用。但这些财政政策实施效果如何,以及面对当前的经济形势,如果再次使用类似政策,能否取得良好效果是宏观经济研究的一个重要问题,也是我国制定和调整宏观经济政策所必须考虑的问题。本文从我国目前经济形势出发,利用传统的IS—LM模型对积极财政政策进行理论分析,为我国财政政策制定实施提供理论参考。In order to deal with international financial crisis,Chinese government has published many positive fiscal policies which help contribute to macro-economy time and again.Facing Chinese macro-economy situation,there are two important question must be answered,one is how to evaluate the effects of prevenient policies and the other is should we choose similar policies.For the new positive fiscal policies having much more efficient,this paper researched on positive fiscal policy by theoretical analysis with IS —LM Model and based on the Present economic situation.
