摘 要:针对自动测试系统(ATS)软件通用程度不高,开发效率低等问题,提出了基于信号的通用自动测试系统软件框架的设计方法,利用统一建模语言(UML)描述系统功能需求、建立系统对象模型和动态模型,设计测试系统软件框架。重点阐述了框架模型元素之间的关系和测试信号接口模型设计。实践证明:以此框架为基础开发通用自动测试系统,速度更快、系统通用程度更好。相对于其它测试框架,此框架面向对象、面向测试信号,具有很好的重用性、可维护性和灵活性。Aiming at the problems of the low universality and development efficiency of ATS (automatic test system) software,the method of design framework of universal ATS software based on signal was proposed. In this paper, the function requirements of ATS were firstly analyzed. Then the object models and dynamic models were presented,which were described with unified modeling language (UML). At last,the software framework was designed with the models above. The relations of framework-model elements and the model of test-signal interface were focused on. The results show that the ATS software based this framework can be developed faster and have better generality. In contrast to other test frameworks, this framework, object-oriented and signal-oriented, has good reusability, maintainability and flexibility.
