复方溶菌酶消毒液杀菌效果及毒性观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方溶菌酶消毒液对口腔病原菌的杀灭效果及其毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法进行了实验室检测。结果用该复方溶菌酶消毒液原液,对溶血链球菌作用2 min,平均杀灭对数值>5.0;对变异链球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用3 min,平均杀灭对数值>5.0。该复方消毒液对小鼠急性经口LD50值>5 000 mg/kg(体重);其原液对家兔完整皮肤、破损皮肤和眼黏膜的急性刺激试验反应积分均值为0;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验为阴性。结论该复方溶菌酶消毒液对口腔病原菌有较好的杀灭效果,具有良好的使用安全性。Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of the compound recipe lysonzyme disinfectant to oral pathogenic bacteria.Methods The suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal experiments were used to carry out the laboratory examination.Results The results showed that the killing log value of Streptococcus sanguis exposed to lysozyme compound disinfectant liquid for 2 min was 〉5.0,Staphylococcus mutans and Staphylococcus aureus for 3 min was 5.0.The mouse acute oral toxicity test LD50 was 〉5 000 mg/kg bw.The average irritating score of the compound recipe lysonzyme to rabbit intact or damaged skin and eye mucosa were 0.The mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative.Conclusion The compound recipe lysozyme disinfectant has good efficacy in killing the experimental bacterial,and it can be used safely.
