口腔正畸器械污染状况及其消毒质量监测

摘　　要：目的了解口腔正畸器械污染现状及其消毒质量情况,改进消毒方法。方法采用抽样检测方法,对某医院常用正畸器械进行了监测。结果病人使用后的牙科手机、三用枪头、末端切断钳和持针器上细菌检出阳性率为100%,菌数范围在2～2 355 cfu/件。检出的细菌主要是表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肠杆菌属、变形杆菌属、铜绿假单胞菌属;检出HBsAg总平均阳性率为7.9%。清洗干燥后的口腔正畸器械用20 g/L戊二醛消毒液浸泡120 min,每种器械上均可检出少数存活细菌,牙钻手机内腔尚可检出HBsAg阳性;经压力蒸汽灭菌的正畸器械全部合格。结论病人使用后的口腔正畸器械污染严重,清洗后的器械用戊二醛浸泡2 h达不到完全灭菌的要求。Objective To investigate the contamination status of oral instruments and improve disinfection method.Methods Sampling tests were used to monitor the oral instruments after using immediately and after disinfecting with different methods in an orthodontic department.Results The bacteria-positive rate of hand piece of dental drill,three whit tip,the end cut off clamp,needle holder were 100% after using.Bacterial counts range was 2～2 355 cfu/piece.The major bacterial detected out were Staphylococcus epidermidis,Staphylococcus aureus,Enterobacter,Proteus,Pseudomonas pyocyaneas.The total average HBsAg-positive rate was 7.9%.There were still some survival bacteria in oral instruments and HBsAg in hand piece of dental drill after immersion in 20 g/L glutaraldehyde for 120 minutes.All oral instruments were qualified after autoclaving.Conclusion The contamination of oral instruments were serious after using.Immersing in 20 g/L glutaraldehyde after cleaing the oral instrument did not reach sterilization.
