STUDY ON INFLUENCING FACTORS OF GASTROSCOPE DISINFECTION QUALITY OF YINGKOU CITY

摘  要:目的研究医院胃镜消毒质量及其影响因素,确定胃镜消毒质量控制关键点。方法通过现场抽样检测和问卷调查方法,对辽宁省营口市部分医院胃镜室消毒现状进行了调查。结果本次共调查8所医院的胃镜室的64条胃镜,其消毒质量平均合格率为57.81%。胃镜室接诊量最高峰时间段,每位患者就诊耗时为16 min,就诊人数多和留给每位患者的时间过短,从而挤占了胃镜消毒处理时间。用毛刷刷洗胃镜和消毒剂浓度直接影响到胃镜消毒效果。结论胃镜门诊接诊病人数量和胃镜清洗工具以及消毒剂浓度是胃镜室消毒质量控制的关键点。Objective To study gastroscope disinfection quality and the influencing factors in hospital,determine the key points to control the gastroscope disinfection quality.Methods Field sampling,testing and questionnaires were used to investigate the gastroscope disinfection quality of parts of hospitals gastroscopy room in Yingkou City.Results 64 gastroscopy of eight hospitals gastroscopy room were detected.The qualify up to standard rate was 57.81%.During the peak time of gastroscope room admissions,each patient's treatment time was 16 min,which take up the gastroscope disinfection time.Scrubbing with a brush and disinfectant concentration affects the gastroscope disinfection efficacy directly.Conclusion Gastroscopy patient admissions number of patients,gastroscopy cleaning tools and disinfectant concentration are the key point to control the gastroscopy disinfection quality.
