医用B超探头的细菌学监测及消毒措施探讨

摘　　要：目的了解医用B超探头细菌污染状况,探讨其消毒措施。方法通过现场抽样检测方法,对某医院健康体检中专用B超探头进行了细菌学监测和消毒效果评价。结果共采集体检专用B超探头标本104份,细菌污染阳性率100%。分离的菌株中,以革兰阳性球菌为主,占76.93%。分别用生理盐水擦洗、500 mg/L含氯消毒剂和75%酒精擦拭消毒B超探头,对自然菌清除率分别为98.18%、99.82%和99.78%。结论医用B超探头微生物污染严重,所用两种消毒剂对B超探头均具有很好的消毒效果。Objective To know the microbiological contamination of B-ultrasound probe,explore the appropriate disinfection measures. Methods Field sampling and detection were used to monitor the bacterial and disinfection effect of B-probe used in health examination. Results 104 samples were collected,the positive rates of bacteria was 100%.Most of the isolated strains were Gram-positive coccus,which accounted for 76.93%.The cleaning rates of 0.9%NaCL,500 mg / L chlorine disinfectant and 75% alcohol were 98.18%,99.82%,99.78% respectively. Conclusion The microbial contamination of B-ultrasound probe was serious.Two disinfectants have good disinfection effect on the B-ultrasound probe.
