摘　　要：目的调查飞行员体成分和血脂水平的变化规律,为指导飞行员有效训练、合理膳食和健康的生活方式提供依据。方法将270名男性现役飞行员按年龄分成6个组(20～24、25～29、30～34、35～39、40～44、45～49岁),采用韩国捷文Zeus 9.9身体成分测试仪测试体成分,并以氧化酶法检测甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平。采用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行各组间的F检验和相关性分析。结果 270名飞行员体质指数(BMI)、体脂百分比、内脏脂肪面积和腰臀比随年龄增加而增大,各年龄组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。从30岁开始飞行员的BMI超过24,已达到超重体型;肌肉百分比随年龄增加而减少;各年龄段飞行员甘油三酯与总胆固醇水平均在正常值范围,且差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论随年龄增加,飞行员主要体成分逐渐增加,尤其BMI在30岁后超过正常,而肌肉百分比逐渐下降。因此,飞行员的生活方式、饮食结构和体育锻炼有待进一步调整。Objective To investigate the change of body components and blood-lipid in aviators,so as to provide the basis for guiding their training,diet and healthy living styles.Methods A total of 270 male aviators were divided into 6 groups according to the age（20~24,25~29,30~34,35~39,40~44,and 45~49 group）.The aviators＇ body components were measured using Zeus 9.9 Body Composition Analyzer,and the level of blood total cholesterol（TC）,and triglyceride（TG） by the oxidase method.Results The BMI,body fat percentage,visceral fat area,and waist-to-hip ratio significantly went up with the age of the aviators（P0.01）,while the muscle percentage decreased along with the age.And,the BMI exceeded 24（the normal limit） from the age of 30 to 49,indicating that the aviators were overweight.The level of TC and TG in the aviators were in normal range,and did not show significant difference among the age groups.Conclusion The main body components increase along with their ages,especially BMI going up to abnormal limit from the age of 30 to 49.So the living style,dietary pattern,and physical training in the aviators should be further improved.
