成人晚发1型糖尿病相关抗体检测意义

摘　　要：将 32 5例成人晚发 1型糖尿病患者分成胰岛素 (INS)分泌缺乏及非 INS分泌缺乏两组 ,用间接酶联免疫吸附 (ELISA)法测定其胰岛细胞抗体 (ICA)、胰岛素抗体 (IAA)及谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体 (GAD- Ab) ,比较其相关性。结果两组 ICA、GAD- Ab阳性率、酮症发生率及体重指数均有显著性差异。证明 ICA、 GAD- Ab可作为成人晚发patients with aduet onset type diabetes mellilus(IDM)were divided into two groups according to their insulin(INS)secretion sufficient or not The possible relationship among the islet cell antibodies(ICA),insulin antibodies(IAA) and antibodies to glutamic acid decarboxylase(GAD Ab)of 325 patients were evaluated through massuring their serum levels by ELISA Results showed that the positive rate of ICA and GAD Ab,the occurrence of ketoacidosis and BMI between two groups were significantly different This indicate that the ICA and GAD Ab may be the early screening markers of adult onset IDM
