摘　　要：基于部分高等财经院校的调查统计数据,从人才培养目标、人才培养方式、人才培养质量评价体系等几个方面,比较了高素质专门人才培养模式与拔尖创新人才培养模式的异同,并在质量评价与监测的框架下,对当前地方高等财经院校人才培养模式的改革方向与路径进行了探索。Based on some business colleges＇ survey dataset,from the aspect of talent cultivation aim,talent cultivation mode,and talent cultivation quality,this paper compares the talent cultivation mode of the special high quality talent and the top-notch personnel,and under the quality assessment and monitoring framework,the paper discusses the direction and path of the talent cultivation mode innovation.
