摘  要:目的探讨哌唑嗪与呋塞米合用对肾上腺素性肺水肿的治疗效果。方法30只家兔随机分为:正常组、模型组、呋塞米组、哌唑嗪组及联合用药组,每组6只。观察兔的一般情况、肺大体变化及肺组织病理切片,计算肺系数。结果与正常组相比,模型组肺系数显著升高。呋塞米组、哌唑嗪组及联合用药组均能显著抑制肺系数的升高,减轻肺组织的病理变化,联合用药与单独用药相比更佳。结论哌唑嗪与呋塞米合用对肾上腺素性肺水肿有治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effects of combined drug treatment of prazosin and furosemide on pulmona- ry edema induced by excessive adrenaline in rabbits. Methods 30 rabbits were randomly divided into normal group, model group, furosemide group, prazosin group and drug combination group (6 rabbits in each group). The general situa- tion of the animal and pathologic changes in lung tissue were observed. The lung coefficient was calculated. Results Compared with the normal group, lung coefficient in model group was significantly increased. The increased lung coeffi- cient could be significantly suppressed by the treatment of prazosin, furosemide and in combination of the two. At the same time, the pathological changes in lung tissue were alleviated. Compared with single treatment, the combined treat- ment could relieve acute pulmonary edema better. Conclusion The combination of prazosin and furosemide is effective for the treatment of acute pulmonary edema induced by adrenaline.
