摘 要:目的观察采用自制会阴切开缝合模型的实验教学效果。方法将2009级助产专业学生以班级为单位随机分成试验组和对照组。进行实验课教学时,试验组采用自制会阴切开缝合模型练习,对照组采用新鲜猪肉、普通模型练习,比较两组学生的实验技能考核成绩和临床出科考核成绩。结果试验组的实验技能考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.01);试验组临床出科考核成绩的优秀率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自制会阴切开缝合模型既能降低实验教学成本,又能有效提高学生会阴切开缝合术的技巧,达到了《高级助产学》实验大纲的要求。Objective To evaluate the effect of experimental teaching in using self-made model of episiotomy. Methods The professional student midwives who enrolled in 2009 were randomly divided into two groups that class was used as a unit. During the experimental classes,the experimental group used self-made model of episiotomy for practice,while the control group used fresh pork and general model for practice. The experimental skills assessment results and clinical examination results were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental skills assessment results of the experimental group were obviously higher than the control group(P〈O.01); the excellent rate in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group in clinical examination results(P〈0.05). Conclusion Using self-made model of episiotomy not only reduces experimental costs,but enhances the students' skill of episiotomy and meets the requirement of practice outline for the Advance Midwifery Course.
