摘 要:目的了解大学生健康素养水平及健康教育需求,为高校开展健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取某高校参加公共选修课的289名大学生,用自行设计的问卷对其进行健康素养水平和健康教育需求调查。结果大学生具备健康素养比例为7.27%,具备基本知识与理念、健康生活方式与行为和基本技能素养比例分别为15.92%、6.23%和68.17%。女生健康素养积分与男生比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),来自城镇、父母文化程度高、理科的学生的健康基本技能分别与来自农村、父母文化程度低、文科的学生比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大学生健康素养水平低,尤其是传染病预防知识、慢性病预防及急救能力方面,健康教育的重点应放在促进大学生健康行为的形成。[Objective]To understand health literacy level and health education demand among college students,provide a reference for implementing the health education in college.[Methods]By using the convenience sampling,289 college students who attended pubic elective course were collected,and their health literacy level and health education demand were investigated by self-designed questionnaires.[Results]The rate of health literacy among college students was 7.27%.The rate of fundamental knowledge and concepts,healthy lifestyle and behaviors,as well as fundamental skill was 15.92%,6.23% and 68.17%,respectively.There was significant difference in health literacy scores between male and female college students(P0.05).The differences between urban students majored in science with well-educated parents and rural students majored in liberal arts with low educated parents were significant(P0.05).[Conclusion]Health literacy level of college students is still low,especially in the aspects of prevention knowledge about infectious diseases and chronic diseases,and first-aid ability.The health education should focus on promoting the formation of health behaviors among college student.
