结节性甲状腺肿实施临床路径的效果评价

摘　　要：目的讨论临床路径在结节性甲状腺肿手术中的应用及效果。方法以2009年1月—2011年6月湖北医药学院附属人民医院院结节性甲状腺肿手术非临床路径实施患者(60例)为对照组,以2011年7月—2012年5月该院结节性甲状腺肿实施临床路径手术患者(60例)为路径组,回顾分析2组患者的住院费用、住院时间、并发症、意外事件、医患争执、患者满意率及健康知识知晓率评分情况。结果路径组与对照组比较,各项观察指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施结节性甲状腺肿临床路径后可明显提高医疗质量,体现"人本主义"伦理原则,值得在临床工作中推广应用。[Objective]To evaluate the application and effect of clinical pathway in patients with nodular goiter.[Methods]60 nodular goiter patients who were given non-clinical pathway surgery in Affiliated People＇s Hospital of Hubei University of Medicine from January 2009 to June 2011 were collected for the control group,and 60 nodular goiter patients who were managed in clinical pathway in this hospital from July 2011 to May 2012 were collected for the pathway group.The hospitalization expenses,hospitalization time,the incidence of complications,accidents,the conflicts between doctors and patients,patient satisfaction rate and the awareness rate of health knowledge of two groups were retrospectively analyzed.[Results]There were significant differences in all indexes between two groups（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The application of clinical pathway in patients with nodular goiter can improve the medical quality and embody the humanism,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
