从某医院核医学学科布局设计看职业病危害预评价的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨职业病危害(放射防护)预评价在建设项目行政审批、防护措施改进以及人员权益保障等方面的意义。方法例举某医院核医学学科平面布局设计改进过程,比较分析职业病危害(放射防护)预评价前后的核医学科平面布局的合理性及是否满足放射防护相关要求。结果核医学学科建设项目的布局设计在预评价后更趋合理。结论建设项目职业病危害(放射防护)预评价对建设项目尤其是对人员健康有重要意义。[Objective]To study the significance of pre-assessment on occupational hazards（radiation protection） in administrative examination and approval,protection measure improvement,as well as workers＇ rights and interests guarantee of construction project.[Methods]The improvement process of layout design of nuclear medicine department in a hospital was presented as an example,to compare and analyze the rationality and whether to meet the related requirements of radiation protection in plane layout of nuclear medicine department between before and after the pre-assessment on occupational hazards（radiation protection）.[Results]After the pre-assessment,the layout design of construction project in nuclear medicine department has become more reasonable.[Conclusion]The pre-assessment on occupational hazards（radiation protection） has an important significance in construction project,especially workers＇ health.
