摘　　要：目的调查云南大学学生的疾病构成和发病原因,旨在为有针对性的防治工作提供依据。方法运用医学人类学研究方法对云南大学2100学生的疾病构成进行了统计和个案分析。结果大学生前3位的疾病构成分别是上呼吸道感染、急慢性胃肠炎和外伤及软组织挫伤,占大学生患病人次数的68.7%,是大学生最常见的疾病。结论大学生疾病的构成,一方面与其所处的生态环境和社会环境有关,另一方面也与其自身的生活方式、饮食习惯甚至心理因素有关。[ Objective] To survey the diseases constitution and causes among Yunnan University students, so as to provide evidence for targeted prevention measures. [ Methods] Medical anthropology research method was applied to analyze the diseases constitution and individual case among 2100 students in Yunnan University. [ Results ] The top 3 diseases were upper respiratory tract infection, acute and chronic gastroenteritis and trauma and soft tissue injuryt accounting for 68.7%. The above were the common diseases a- mong university students. [ Conclusion ] The disease constitution of university students is associated with not only their ecological and social environment, but also their own lifestyle, eating habits and even psychological factors.
