摘 要:目的调查某部队院校学生对结核病防治知识的掌握现况;通过比较其在接受结核病健康教育前后防治技能的差异,来探讨宣传教育的干预效果及存在的问题,为在该部其他人群中开展结核病防治工作提供科学依据。方法进行基线调查后以上述人群为样本,对其进行结核病的健康教育。教育后,对同一人群再次进行问卷调查。结果结核病知晓率由干预前的90%上升到100%。干预后,传播途径和防治知识各方面知晓率均有所提升。学生干预后希望获取结核病知识途径的前3位分别为健康教育课、电视(电台)、宣传折页(画)。进行肺结核病相关知识得分的多因素非条件logistic逐步回归分析发现,男生、城镇学生、母亲文化程度高、家人曾患结核病、家庭经济状况良好的学生,其肺结核病相关知识得分较高。结论干预前学生对结核病的相关知识缺乏了解,尤其对结核病的病因、危害、诊断治疗方法、治疗政策等知晓率较低。评价结果表明,健康教育后学生的结核病防治知识核心信息知晓率有了明显提高。在部队开展类似健康教育干预措施是有效、也是最简易可行的控制结核病方法。[ Objective ] To investigate the awareness status of knowledge about tuberculosis ( TB )prevention and control among students in a military academy, compare the difference in prevention and control technique between before and after TB health edu- cation, explore the effect and problems of health education, and provide the scientific basis for implementing TB prevention and control. [ Methods ] After the baseline survey, the students received TB health education. The questionnaire survey was conducted again after education. [ Results] The awareness rate of TB knowledge increased from 90% before intervention to 100% after inter- vention. After intervention, the awareness rates of transmission routes and knowledge about TB prevention have improved. The top 3 ways which students hope to get TB knowledge after intervention were health education lectures, TV (broadcast) and publicity materials. The multivariate non-conditional logistic stepwise regression was conducted to analyze the scores of TB knowledge, the results showed that male students, urban students, students with well educated mother, students whose family numbers had have TB history and students whose family had good economic condition got higher scores. [ Conclusion] Students did not know TB knowl- edge well before intervention, especially causes, harm, diagnosis and treatment, as well as treatment policy of TB. The evaluation showed that the awareness rate of TB core knowledge among students has increased after health education. The health education in army is an effective, simple and feasible approach for TB control.
