摘　　要：目的了解2009—2011年无锡市新区居民恶性肿瘤死亡流行特征,为恶性肿瘤防治提供依据。方法对2009—2011年无锡市新区居民恶性肿瘤死亡资料进行分析,采用死亡率、标化死亡率、潜在减寿年数(PYLL)、去肿瘤期望寿命、死因顺位等指标进行分析。结果 2009—2011年无锡市新区恶性肿瘤的年平均死亡率为192.99/10万,标化死亡率为107.49/10万,占全死因的30.88%,前5位死因顺位为胃癌、肺癌、肝癌、食管癌、肠癌,男性恶性肿瘤死亡率是女性的1.69倍,差异有统计学意义(χ2=123.575,P<0.01)。PYLL前5位分别是肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、白血病和肠癌,去肿瘤期望寿命对男性影响较大。结论恶性肿瘤是无锡市新区居民的重要死因。重点防治胃癌、肝癌、肺癌。[Objective]To understand the epidemic characteristics of death caused by malignant tumors among residents in Wuxi New Area from 2009-2011, provide scientific basis for prevention of malignant tumors. [ Methods ] The data of death caused by ma- lignant tumors among residents in Wuxi New Area from 2009-2011 were analyzed with mortality rate, standardized mortality rate, potential years of life lost （ PYLL）, life expectancy exclude tumor, and rank of death causes. [ Results] The average annual mortali- ty rate of malignant tumors in Wuxi New Area from 2009-2011 was 192.99/lakh, the standardized mortality rate was 107.49/lakh, and it accounted for 30.88% of all death causes. The top five death causes of malignant tumors were gastric cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer and intestinal cancer. The mortality rate of males was 1.69 times larger than that of females, and the difference was statistically significant （X2 = 123. 575 ,P 〈0. 001 ）. The top five causes of PYLL of malignant tumors were lung cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, leukemia and intestinal cancer. The life expectancy exclude tumor had significant influence on males. [ Conclusion] Malignant cancers are the important death cause among residents in Wuxi New Area, and the key of preven- tion include gastric cancer, liver cancer and lung cancer.
