摘　　要：随着国家经济的不断发展,越来越多的外来务工人员涌入城市,成为整体经济建设和发展不可或缺的一股力量。同时,随着这一人群的不断壮大,其自身的生殖健康现状和卫生服务需求也日益引起关注。通过对相关文献进行综述归纳,从生殖健康现状和卫生服务需求两大方面,分析外来务工人员生殖健康危害产生的原因、现状和相应的卫生服务需求。外业务工人员在整体文化水平较低、陌生而开放的社会环境、收入水平及还有待进一步完善的社会医疗福利保障等因素的综合影响下,整体在生殖健康方面存在很多问题。所以针对这一群体在生殖健康方面的研究工作仍须加强和拓宽思路,通过调查研究掌握科学的依据,从而达到保障外来务工人员身体健康的最终目的。With the development of national economic, more and more migrant workers come to city and become an indispensable force of economic construction and development. Meanwhile, with the increasing number of migrant workers, their reproductive health status and health services demand have attracted more attentions. This paper summarizes the pertinent literatures and analy- zes the causes and status of reproductive health hazards of migrant workers and their demand for health services. Influenced by low educational level, unfamiliar and open society, social medical condition and welfare which need to be further improved and other factors, reproductive health of migrant workers faces a lot of problems. Therefore~ the study of reproductive health for this group still needs to be strengthened and the thoughts should be broadened. The final purpose of health protection of migrant workers should be achieved via investigation and study with scientific evidence.
