国内船舶二次供水卫生监测现状及建议

摘　　要：二次供水已经成为我国城市中饮用水和海上作业船舶饮用水主要的甚至是最重要的来源。二次供水若受到污染,一些微生物引起的疾病可以通过水进行传播。二次供水还可能传播动物源性传染病,微量元素过多容易引起身体脏器的功能改变,严重的甚至引起中毒。所以做好二次供水水质的监测工作,保障二次供水不受污染,是保障饮水群众身体健康的重要内容。厦门市作为国家级卫生城市,并实施"以港立市"战略,做好厦门港区船舶二次供水水质保障工作刻不容缓。为此作者希望通过定期调查研究和水质检测,作为船舶卫生监督的技术指标,为船舶检疫模式改变提供科学依据。目前,国内外关于船舶二次供水的研究较少。该文综述了近10年来国内外有关二次供水现状、管理模式以及一些港口船舶生活饮用水的卫生状况的研究,便于厦门港区国内船舶二次供水检测结果分析的开展。Secondary water supply has become the main even the most important role in urban water supply and water supply for ship in offshore operation. If the secondary water supply is contaminated, some microorganisms induced diseases can be transmitted through the water. Zoonotic diseases can also be transmitted through secondary water supply. Trace elements too much is easy to cause functional changes of body organs, even leads to poisoning. Therefore, the monitoring on quality of secondary water supply, keeping secondary water supply from pollution are the important measures to ensure public health. As the National Health City, Xiamen should ensure the water quality of secondary water supply for ships in port immediately, based on the strategies of “establis- hing City on port”. This author wants to take regular investigation and water quality detection as ship sanitation inspection indica- tors, and provide scientific evidence for ship quarantine mode change. At present, there are a few studies of secondary water supply for ship at home and abroad. This article summarizes the home and abroad studies about status of secondary water supply, manage- ment mode and sanitary status of water supply in port in recent 10 years to facilitate the launching of test results analysis of seconda- ry water supply for domestic ships in Xiamen Port.
