整体护理对老年股骨颈骨折手术患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理对老年股骨颈骨折手术患者免疫功能的影响。方法将162例老年股骨颈骨折手术患者随机分为对照组(n=61)和试验组(n=101);对照组按专科常规进行护理,试验组在常规护理基础上采取整体护理干预措施,实施护理前和第15天检测自然杀伤细胞(NK)活力、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、D4/CD8)、IgG、IgM、IgA及补体C 3的变化;对2组的免疫指标和并发症发生率进行分析比较。结果护理前2组免疫指标差异无统计学意义(均为P>0.05);护理15 d 2组患者的NK、CD3+、CD4/CD8比值、IgG、C 3差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组并发症发生率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年股骨颈骨折患者实施整体护理可以增强免疫功能,减少并发症的发生。[ Objective ] To investigate the effect of holistic nursing on immune function of aged patients undergoing operation of fem- oral neck fracture. [ Methods ] 162 aged patients undergoing operation of femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into the con- trol group （ n = 61 ） and the experimental group （ n = 101 ） , the control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group was given the holistic nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The levels of NK activity, CD3 ＋ , IM/CD8, IgG, IgM, IgA and C3 were measured before undertaking nursing and 15th day after nursing. The differences in the immune indexes and incidence rate of complications between two groups were compared. [ Results ] Before undertaking nursing, there was no significant difference in the immune indexes between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. At 15th day after undertaking nursing, the differences in levels of NK activity, CD3 ＋ , D4/CD8, IgG, and C 3 between two groups were significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. There was significant difference in incidence rate of complications between two groups （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion]The holistic nursing can improve the immune function of aged pa- tients undergoing operation of femoral neck fracture, and reduce the incidence rate of complications.
