摘　　要：首先对美国国会图书馆馆藏瑶族写本中的瑶用俗字现象进行概述,分析了瑶族写本的文化属性和瑶用俗字出现的历史依据,认为加强对"美馆藏"瑶族写本俗字的研究,有利于考证、解读文字背后的瑶族文化之谜,也有助于整体了解瑶用俗字发展状态,为瑶族古籍文献整理和抢救疏通道路。The article introduces the folk characters in Yao Minority manuscripts at the U. S. Library of Congress, analyzing their cultural identities and historical connections. The authors believe that the research of these Yao manuscripts is not only important to the verification and interpretation of the texts behind the Yao cultural mystery, but also contributes to the overall developing status of Yao folk characters, which will help to clear the obstacles for organizing and preserving Yao ancient literature.
