摘 要:针对混凝土喷射机组在输送混凝土换向瞬间存在泵送流量损失的情况,通过实验分析了引起泵送流量损失的原因,提出利用最佳峰值电流追踪泵送流量损失的解决方案,建立了数学模型,并通过大量实验进一步验证了模型的正确性,在工程实际中消除了混凝土喷射在换向瞬间的间歇现象,保障了施工质量,所得结论对相关施工机械的电液控制系统工作性能的改善有指导意义。Pumping flow loss will cause spraying without concrete at the main pump reversing moment. It leads to the uneven gunite concrete, the dropping of supporting strength, the delay of construction period. In allusion to the instantly pumping flow loss at the main pump reversing moment, this text analysis the cause of pumping flow loss by experiment, puts forward the solution of using best current peak to track the pumping flow loss and establishes the mathematical model. The paper verifies the correctness of the model through a number of experiments. The import of this model in the engineering practice eliminates the intermittent phenomenon at reversing moments and guarantees the construction quality. The conclusions have guiding significance for the improvement of electro-hydraulic control system related to construction machinery.
