摘  要:尚家河水库溢流坝面原施工加固方法对坝体的整体性有不利影响,且施工难度大、工期长、强度无法满足要求。针对这种实际情况,重新选用CW820系新型聚脲基抗冲磨系统对泄洪工程进行防护。CW820抗冲磨材料是在新型聚脲材料的基础上,添加无机纳米材料和活性稀释剂制备而成的新型抗冲磨材料。现场施工应用表明,该系统具有抗冲磨性能稳定、耐久性好以及绿色环保的优点,并且施工工艺简便易行,有效缩短施工时间。The original reinforcement method of the spillway of Shangjiahe Reservoir would affect the integrity of the dam body,and there are problems such as difficult construction,long construction period and insufficient strength which can not meet the requirement of flow passing.According to the practical situation,the CW820 polyurea anti-erosion and abrasion-resistant system was adopted to protect the flood releasing projects.The CW820 anti-erosion and abrasion-resistant material is a new type of material with high durability,high anti-erosion and abrasion-resistant performance and environmental protection,which is produced by adding inorganic nano-materials and reactive diluent on the basis of new polyurea.The application in spillway project shows that the system has the advantages of stable anti-erosion and abrasion-resistant performance,high durability and environmental protection.The construction technique is convenient and feasible and the construction period is shortened as well.
