摘　　要：嘉兴市秀城区通过加强三级卫生网络的建设 ,嘉兴市妇幼保健院重视提高业务素质 ,高标准 ,严要求 ,在高危管理上落实了一整套完整的配套措施 ,强化了孕产妇规范化管理 ,提高了产科质量 ,在 1 993～ 1 998年 6年中无一例孕产妇死亡 ,平均围产儿死亡率 1 2 .3%Strengthening construction of three tie health care network in Jiaxing city, by upgrading professional diathesis and standard, a set of corresponding measurements has been carried out in maternity and children clinic, which enhance standard management and improve the quality.
