摘 要:针对传统的机械式激振实现振动掘削的结构复杂、功能单一的缺点,根据双阀芯的工作原理设计了一个基于双阀芯的挖掘机振动掘削系统,该系统能通过控制液压系统实现振动掘削的精确控制并能方便地调节振动参数。为了在设计阶段实现系统的优化,分析不同振动加载方式对系统控制性能的影响,以双阀芯系统的数学模型为基础建立了双阀芯振动掘削系统的AMESim仿真模型,运用计算流量反馈的流量控制方法和PID算法实现了阀芯的流量控制,并对矩形波、正弦波和三角波三种流量输入波形的控制精确性进行了仿真分析,得出了三角波和正弦波要比矩形波输入控制更精确的结论,对振动参数优化试验有一定的指导意义。Because traditional mechanical vibration excavation has the shortcoming of complicated structure and single function, a vibration excavation system of twin spool valve was designed accord- ing to the work principle of twin spool valve. This system can achieve precise control of vibrating ex- cavation and the vibration parameters can be adjusted conveniently via the control of hydraulic sys- tem. In order to optimize the system at the design stage and to analyze the control performance of the different way of vibration load, an AMESim simulation model of twin spool valve vibrating excavation system was established based on the mathematical model of twin spool valve. Valve flow was con- trolled by using calculated flow feedback control method and PID algorithm, and then control accura- cy of rectangular wave, sine wave and triangular wave was simulated and analyzed. The conclusion is that triangle wave and sine wave is more accurate than square wave input. This work can give some guidance to optimize vibration parameters optimization of excavator.
