青椒和西红柿的抗微核突变作用研究

摘　　要：为了检测青椒和西红柿的抗突变作用 ,作者研究观察了青椒和西红柿对亚硝酸钠和 N-甲基苄胺诱发小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核的影响。结果表明 ,青椒和西红柿能显著地降低亚硝酸钠和 N -甲基苄胺诱发微核升高的作用 。For the investigation of the antimutation effect of Z.Schinifiolium Sieb,et Zucc(ZSS)and Lycopersicum esculentum (LE).The authors studied the affections of ZSS and LE on the micronucleus of the polychromatic erythrocytes of mice marrow induced by sodium nitrite and N methylbenzylamine.The results showed that the juices of ZSS and LE can obviously lowered the micronucleus induced by sodium nitrite and N methylbenzylamine,and that the juices of ZSS and LE had a anti mutation effect.
