摘 要:ABAQUS是通用有限元分析系统,能对复杂的固体和结构力学问题进行数值计算分析。为缩短修边刀块动载荷强度校核时间,利用其能够快速和准确得出修边刀块的动载荷强度条件。使用UG对修边刀块进行三维建模,导入ABAQUS对其进行单元类型的选取、网格尺寸的确定、接触关系的定义、整体有限元模型的建立等数值模拟技术进行深入研究。对修边刀块模型进行简化,建立力学模型,利用其对修边刀块进行应力和应变分析,采用传统的强度校核验证ABAQUS对修边刀块的强度校核,以料厚t为1.0mm﹑长度b为300mm﹑高度h为40mm修边刀块为例,利用ABAQUS最大应力为16.27Mpa,最大变形量为3.812um,而采用传统的强度校核理论分析对应的数值为16Mpa,两者相差1.69%,均在安全工作范围内。结果表明:ABAQUS对修边刀块的强度校核与理论分析相吻合,其对修边刀块的强度校核具有快速性、可行性和可靠性,且可缩短研发时间、降低成本。ABAQUS is a general-purpose finite element analysis system, applied to the complex solid and structural mechanics problems of numerical analysis. In order to shorten the dynamic load strength check time of trimming knife block, the dynamic load strength condition of trimming knife block can be quickly and accurately obtained by ABAQUS.Trimming knife block is three-dimensional modeled by UG. it can be put in ABAQUS to select unit types, determinate mesh size, definite the relationship of the contact, set up the overall finite element model and have a deep research on numerical simulation techniques, trimming knife block model is simplified, the mechanics model is established, the stress and strain of trimming knife block are analysised by ABAQUS, strength checking of trimming knife block for ABAQUS is verified by the traditional strength checking.The material thickness t is 1.0 mmdength b is 300 mm,height is 40 mm of trimming knife block as an example, using ABAQUS maximum stress is 16.27 Mpa, maximum deformation is 3.812 urn. while the use of traditional strength checking theoretical analysis of the corresponding value is 16Mpa, which has a difference of 1.69% and are within the safe working range. The result shows that: strength checking of trimming knife block for ABAQUS is in accord with the theoretical analysis, trimming knife block strength checking for ABAQUS with feasibility and reliability,it can shorten the development time and reduce the cost.
