学习运动生理学和生物化学中的一般性误解分析

摘　　要：为了检验体育与运动科学领域的学生对运动生理学和生物化学课本中基本概念的一般误解。根据教学实践,提出10条常见误解,提供给体育与运动科学专业的1、2、3年级的大学生进行问卷调查,其中9条被确认。结果:在9条误解中,仅一条可以利用目前的教学方法让学生可以理解。其余8条在整个大学期间普遍存在,表明学生在进入学校和毕业离开后在运动生理学和生物化学某些领域仍然存在相同的误解。对这些误解的起源进行分析,有助于对症下药,防止和/或纠正此类误解再次发生。Objective：this study is to test the physical education and sports science students of exercise physiology and biochemistry textbooks in the basic understanding of the concept of a general misunderstanding.Method：A specific design misconceptions directory （including 10 questions） for sport and Exercise Science 1,2,3 grade students.According to the teaching practice,presents 10 common misconceptions,9 were confirmed.In 9 misunderstandings, Result：only a can make use of the current teaching methods in 1 ~3 grades learning can be understood. The remaining 8 in the university period prevalence, showed that students enter and leave in exercise physiology and biochemistry of some areas remain the same misunderstanding. Conclusion：On the misunderstanding of these origins are discussed,as an effective teaching method to prevent and/or corrected in the future from happening again.
