摘　　要：新民主主义理论和中国特色社会主义理论体系是马克思主义中国化不同阶段的理论成果。二者在理论基础、政治立场、政治目标上是一脉相承的。但它们形成于不同的时期,在时代背景、主要任务、阶段性目标上又存在着重大差别。前者为后者提供了借鉴和启迪,后者是对前者的继承和发展。The theory of the new democracy and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics are the achievements of Marx doctrine at different stages. They are consistent in the theoretical foundation, political stand and political goals. Since they were formed at different stages, there are significant differences in the background of the times, the.main tasks and phase goals. The former provides reference and inspiration for the latter while the latter is a continuation and development of the former.
