摘　　要：教学督导工作是教学质量保证与监控体系的重要组成环节。随着当前教育改革的深入,有必要不断转变传统观念,树立新的工作理念与工作模式。坚持以人为本、服务教学的宗旨;实行督、导兼顾,而重在导的工作思路;采取与实际工作相适应的运作方式;建设一支学习型、工作规范的督导队伍,是实现教学督导工作目标的基础和保障。Teaching supervision is an important part of teaching-quality guarantee and monitoring system. With the deepening of educational reform, it is necessary to change the traditional ideas to set up new working concept and working mode. Some basic teaching supervision strategies are put forward to guarantee the realization of teaching supervision goals： adhering to the principle of people-oriented teaching service, supervision and guidance working together, focusing on guidance, adapting to the actual work and establishing a studious hard-working supervision team.
