摘  要:目的观察护卵汤对GnRHa超排卵大鼠血清生殖激素的影响,为护卵汤辅治辅助生殖技术(ART)提供理论依据。方法模仿人类辅助生殖中的长周期,对大鼠进行GnRHa垂体降调节预处理后再用HMG等药物超排卵(模型组),同时随机给予不同剂量的护卵汤辅助治疗(护卵汤低、中、高剂量组),以及自然周期未使用任何药物的大鼠为正常对照(正常组)。在HCG日用放射免疫法检测血清FSH、LH、E2、P含量。结果护卵汤各剂量组血清E2和FSH含量均比正常组显著增高,比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);护卵汤高剂量组血清LH含量较正常组增高,护卵汤低、中剂量组血清P含量较正常组增高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型组血清FSH含量较正常组增高,比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。护卵汤各剂量组血清E2含量均较模型组增加,其中护卵汤中、高剂量组与模型组的比较差异有统计学意义(分别为P<0.05和P<0.01),低剂量组与模型组的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 GnRHa超排卵影响大鼠的生殖内分泌环境;而护卵汤能改善GnRHa超排卵大鼠的生殖内分泌环境,增强卵巢功能,增加血清E2的含量。Objective To observe the effects of Huluantang upon reproductive hormone in rats'serum under GnRHa controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH), and to provide related basis for the effectiveness of Huluantang in assisted reproductive technology(ART). Methods After receiving GnRHa pituitary down regulation pretreatment which imitates the human long period of COH, a number of rats were separated into a so-called model group treated with HMG/HCG superovulation drugs and so-called Chinese medicine groups treated with HMG/HCG superovulation drugs and different doses of Huluantang. The natural cycle of the rats were compared to a normal group receiving no medicine. The contents of FSH, LH, E2, P in serum by radioimmunoassay were observed on the day of HCG injection. Results 1. Compared with those in the normal group: the increase of the content of E2 and FSH in serum in different doses of Huluantang groups had statistical significance obviously (P〈0.01); the increase of the content of LH in the high dose group and the increase of P in the low dose group and middle dose group had statistical significance (P〈0.05); the increase of the content of FSH in the model group had statistical significance obviously (P〈0.01). 2. Compared with those in the model group, the increase of the content of E2 in serum in the middle dose group had statistical significance obviously (P〈0.01); the increase of the content of E2 in serum in the high dose groups had statistical significance (P〈0.05); the increase of the content of E2 in serum in thelow dose group had no statistical significance (P〉0.05). Conclusion 1.The GnRHa controlled ovarian hyperstimulation may have some effects upon reproductive hormone in rats' serum. 2. Huluantang can improve the ovarian function and increase the content of E2 in rats under GnRHa controlled ovarian hyperstimulation.
