摘 要:目的:探讨无水乙醇灭活肿瘤细胞对手术器械清洗效果的影响。方法:采用标准污染方法将新鲜血液污染后的200件手术器械随机分为实验组和对照组各100件,实验组采用无水乙醇处理后再进行标准清洗,对照组采用生理盐水处理后再进行标准清洗。采用杰力试纸检测两组器械上的残留蛋白质。结果:无水乙醇组器械清洗后的残留蛋白质阳性率与生理盐水组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),扁平类器械和齿类器械残留蛋白质阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:无水乙醇灭瘤后未增加器械的清洗难度,对器械的清洗效果没有影响。Objective :To explore the effect of killing tumor cells with anhydrous ethanol on the cleaning efficacy of surgical instruments. Methods :200 pieces of surgical instruments contaminated by fresh blood in the light of standard methods of pollution were randomly divided into the test group and the control group (100 pieces in each group). The surgical instruments were washed by standard cleaning method after anhydrous ethanol treatment in the test group and the instruments were washed after treatment with normal saline in the control group. The Lustration method was used to test the residues on the surgical instruments. Results :There were no statistically significant difference in the comparison of the positive rate of the residues on the surgical instruments after cleaning between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; the difference in the comparison of the positive rate of the residues on the surgical instruments was not statistically significant between fiat type and tooth type appliance ( P 〉 0.05 }. Conclusion: Killing tumor cells with anhydrous ethanol does not increase the difficulty of cleaning and has no effect on the cleaning efficacy of surgical instruments.
