基于模糊综合评判法的湖南省高校实验室评估系统的开发

摘　　要：高校实验室评估工作的科学、公平、有效与学校教学质量和办学水平有着密切的关系。首先,依照湘教通〔2008〕306号文件中公布的评估方案,在收集参与此次评估人员对该文件中评估指标体系的权重意见的基础上,用模糊层次分析法完成对各指标项权重的赋值;其次,根据模糊综合评判法原理,以Windows Server 2003+IIS6.0为系统平台,采用Microsoft Visual Studio 2005作为开发环境、C#作为开发语言、Microsoft SQL Server 2005作为网络数据库,采用ADO连接,以B/S结构模式开发出湖南省高校实验室评估系统。h scientific, equal and efficient evaluation in university laboratory is highly closed to the quality of teaching and running of school. According to the evaluation scheme in the number 306 term enacted by nunan Provincial Education Department in 2008, and based on collecting the information for the weight of index system, this essay assign the index weight by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process （FAHP）. Secondly, on the principle of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method （FCEM）, we use the C#, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 to develop the university laboratory evaluation system of Hunan Province ,which is based on Windows Server 2003＋IIS6.0 platform. This system takes ADO collection and B/S structure.
